ViciDial SIP URL
Hello all,
We’re looking to integrate ViciDial with our voice assistant to handle inbound calls. The current idea is that the predictive dialler places the call and then transfers it to the assistant. Our dialler provider is considering using remote agents for the transfer, but they require a SIP URL to route the call to.
Has anyone successfully set this up before—or does anyone have suggestions for how best to pass calls from a predictive dialler to an AI voice assistant?
