I am using the Ai for Live chat. As you know, it creates a new contact with name Guest every time a chatter comes in. While in the middle of the conversation, the Ai asks for the chatter's phone number and it detected that it is already in the system. It stopped replying and the other AI I have in the account responded.
What's the work around here so that the conversation will stay even if the phone number is already in the system?
