Testing with AppLevel WhatsApp

I am testing with a Third Party WA - AppLevel.

*AppLevel WhatsApp is impersonating "SMS" on GHL.

So it literally replace SMS.

Good news is Assitable able to capture the message from it.

However it always come in with double entries, and the AI just not replying/sending out the reply.

And most importantly the AI Assistant does not reply automatically.

It is stalling lol.

And I must click the for it to reply manually.

If anyone has encountered this before? and manage to solve it? Please share.

And I think it would be great if we could remove the DOUBLE Entries.
