GHL Number imported and connected to whatsapp but cannot receive calls

Can someone help with that?

I got a number via GHL and it is connected via Whatsapp - Agent works over there.

If I call the Agent though it says the line is busy although number is imported to assistable + connected to an agent.

What is off? Thank you in advance <3!
