The Property Question Almost Everyone Struggles With.
Should I do Buy to Let, HMO, Serviced Accommodation, BRRR, or something else?
I see a lot of people stuck here.
They're worried about choosing the wrong strategy, so they spend months researching, comparing, and second guessing themselves.
The truth is, there isn't a "best" strategy.
There’s only the strategy that fits your goals, available time, risk tolerance, and financial position.
What works brilliantly for one investor could be completely wrong for another.
In my experience, progress comes much faster when you pick one strategy, learn it properly, and stay consistent before trying to diversify.
Clarity often comes from action, not endless research.
