Solar
I would be interested to know if their is anyone on here has thought about adding solar panels to houses which would make environmentally friendly and uplift the house price by 14% might not seem a lot but if the house is say £300.000 = £342.000and u install solar and and it cost you say £15000 thats still 27k profit and if you had say 10 houses and you signed contract that could work well for both parties?
Have I got the maths right to start with ?
Just wondered what people’s views are or what are other people adding to make their properties stand out and think of the environment?
