Purchase Completed - Office to resi conversion

Finally completed on our office building. May not look like the best looking building but we have detailed planning to convert this into 9 new apartments.

As always property comes with a few challenges, investors, funders, solicitors, etc. But with each challange comes a lesson and opportunities for growth.

Now to sort our development funding and we can get these converted into the 5 x 2 beds and 4 x 1 beds.
