Property Sourcer Northeast
Hi guys
My name is Alex Chapman. I run a portfolio building company called Chapman Estates Investments ltd. I mainly source property deals in the Northeast where I am based where I have been doing Property Sourcing full-time for the past year. I also have my own rental and management company that runs along Side to offer investors and end service. I’m also an investor and currently in the process of buying my fifth property which is a 6 bed HMO. Also looking at buying my first service accommodation which is exciting. Great to finally see my portfolio slowly building.
