Just wanted to share a quick thought that might resonate with a few people in here.
I’ve been following the conversations and live streams, and one thing that keeps coming up (quietly, but consistently) is how overwhelming it can feel at the start, too much info, too many strategies, and not always enough clarity on what actually moves the needle.
It’s easy to get stuck in “learning mode” and feel like you’re busy, but not really progressing with real deals.
What’s helped me personally is narrowing things down to just one or two actions per week that actually push things forward, whether that’s speaking to agents, analysing deals properly, or just getting comfortable making offers without overthinking them.
I think if anyone else has felt that same bottleneck here, like you know what to do, but getting from knowledge to action is the tricky bit?
Would be good to hear how others are breaking through that.
