Land Development - Detached Housing

Hello all,

Hope all is well. I’ve recently been sent a land development opportunity to develop a number of detached houses. The land already comes with planning permission.

Wanted to reach out to the group to ask if anyone has any recommended contractors or a construction team I can speak with about this potential project? Also, if there is anyone who has done their own developments of new build detached houses, please do get in touch. Would love to ask a few questions.
