I got started buying, managing, and selling long-term rentals in the U.S. (Atlanta, GA) using seller financing, subject-to, private money, and several other creative strategies. We've worked extensively with international clients from England, Scotland, Spain, France, Israel, Singapore, and Australia.

By day I run a "quasi-debt-fund" that originates private loans to landlords, rehabbers, builders, and developers.

I'm here to learn about opportunities in the UK and to collaborate with other investors.

My wife and I are both digital nomads, currently living in Playa del Carmen, México. Over the past 24 months, we've also sampled living in Perú, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Panamá, and Costa Rica.
