Welcome to Aspire Runner Fueling Lab.
This is not a content library you are supposed to browse for hours. Pick one problem and solve it.
Reply with:
1. Your role: parent, athlete with guardian permission, coach, club, school, or other.
2. Your season: XC, indoor, outdoor, off-season, injury return, or other.
3. Your one fueling problem this week.
Examples:
- My runner cannot eat before morning practice.
- We need race-day breakfast options for a nervous stomach.
- I need a snack system that works during school.
- Our team needs a parent email before the first meet.
- We are confused about iron/ferritin testing.
Boundary:
This group gives general sports nutrition education. For medical symptoms, suspected RED-S, eating disorder concerns, injury, menstrual loss, stress fracture, fainting, rapid weight loss, or lab interpretation, use this group to organize the next question for a physician or qualified professional, not to replace care.
