School-Day Snack Gap: What Breaks First?
Most youth runners do not need a perfect fueling plan to make next week better. They need the first school-day gap fixed.
Pick the one spot that breaks most often:
1. No breakfast before early practice
2. Lunch is too small for afternoon training
3. Nothing packed between school and practice
4. Recovery food happens too late
5. Hydration gets missed until practice starts
Reply with the number and the actual constraint: schedule, appetite, food access, budget, picky eating, locker space, car time, or nerves.
Keep it practical. The goal is one repeatable fix for this week, not a full overhaul.
Safety boundary: keep questions general. Do not post weight, lab values, medical history, or sensitive details about a minor.
