Evening all.
My weakest point in my opinion is my glute to hamstrings tie in.
As a natural female (and in my 40s) i shred very well but not in this area only.
I have changed my off season training.
I do sessions dedication to this area and definitely have more growth off last bulk but only time will tell what’s underneath as I shred.
What’s your go to exercises for this area?
I do RDLS, Bulgarians, leg press, walking lunges and also dead lifts incorporated into back day.
