The Art of Asian Cooking with Chef Sharma
Welcome to Chef Sharma’s Culinary Community — a place where passion for food, culture, and culinary excellence come together.
I am Chef Sharma, a celebrity chef, culinary trainer, food consultant, and restaurateur with over 35 years of experience in the culinary industry. Since 1989, I have been teaching Culinary Arts across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, working with private institutions and the People's Association in Singapore to conduct culinary workshops and community programs.
Throughout my journey, I have promoted Singapore’s multicultural cuisine internationally and contributed recipes to newspapers, magazines, and television programs. In 2022, I was also featured as a consultant and presenter on a food documentary series by Travelxp showcasing Singapore’s Indian, Malay, and Chinese cuisines.
This community is created for food lovers, aspiring chefs, home cooks, and culinary entrepreneurs who want to learn authentic recipes, professional techniques, food presentation, kitchen operations, and the stories behind Asian heritage cuisine.
