Whats up with the vibrations?

Hey everyone,

I'm curious to hear your thoughts on something I've been experiencing a lot lately: physical body vibrations.

For me, it feels like a gentle buzzing that comes from my heart space, and I often feel it in my hands and feet as well. What's even more interesting is that it seems to be transferable! A few people I've hugged have mentioned they could feel it from me, and I've definitely felt a similar energy coming from others too.

I'd love to open up a discussion about this.

Have you ever felt this in your own body?
Do you have any theories or ideas about what this energy is?

A thought that crossed my mind is that maybe it's a "lightworker" or "starseed" thing a kind of frequency activation for those who have an important role to play in the next era of humanity.
