Here is your step-by-step roadmap to success:

Step 1: Secure Your "Key" (Invite Link)

Before you do anything else, you need your unique invite link so the system knows to pay YOU.

Go to the Members tab here in Skool.
Click on "Invite" to generate your unique link.
Action: Copy this link and save it somewhere very easy to access, like your phone’s Notes app. You will need this for every lead!

Step 2: Light the Signal Fire (The Video)

You need to let people know you are hiring. The easiest way is to use the traction I’ve already built.

Option A: Create a short video in your own vibe.
Option B (High Traction): Do a TikTok or Reel DUET with my hiring video.
The Script: > "I just got hired as an Ascended Ambassador and this is the job: I'm just reaching out to people and letting them know we are hiring, and replying to comments that come through. If you are interested in a high-vibe, sovereign position like this, type 'INTERESTED' in the comments and I’ll reach out to you via DM with the details!" (make this your own if you wish, we love individuality here)

Note: Be prepared! This will bring in a lot of comments, and you will see your account begin to soar with followers who are actually in your niche.

Step 3: Build the Bridge (The DM)

When someone comments "Interested," do not just drop a link. Build rapport first.

Send them a DM: "Hey [Name]! I saw you were interested in the Ambassador position. Is it okay if I send you an email with the 'About Us' info and the onboarding video so you can see if we align?"

Step 4: Cross the Bridge (The Email)

Once they reply "Yes" and give you their email, send them the onboarding email template (found in the next post).
