Day 1
Day 1 at 243 pounds. 4am I started the day off with 18oz of water and a scoop of creatine, then a couple cups of coffee with a little bit of sugar and cream after I got to work at 5am. First meal at 8am was a turkey club wrap. 11am I ate rice and refried beans. More of the rice and beans at 1pm. 2pm another scoop of creatine to my water. I would say I drank three quarts of water while at work. Also had over 7400 steps in today.
