Dragon Eye 👁️ 🐉
This is one of the easiest most successful projects try this summer. 😎 Any age can accomplish a dragon eye!
Start with a football or lemon shape nice and BIG in the center of your paper. 🍋 🏈
Make a pupil (the dark black part) and maybe sketch out a spot for a reflection (sketch it out to remind yourself to leave it white.
Around the eye start making scales! They don’t need to be perfect, we just need to call on the principal or repetition!
Maybe some are rounded like upside down “u” shapes while spiky scales will be more like an upside down “v”.
Maybe your scales get bigger as they near the edge of your page. Maybe they get brighter on color too?
Once sketched out add that gorgeous color with a material or your choice.
You cannot do this wrong, I promise 🩷🫶
