Hi everyone, i'm excited to be part of this group!
Right now I'm like a Phoenix coming out of the ash of big life changes because of recovering from injuries and leaving my ex.
I'm getting stronger and more resilient.
I am going in a direction with no roadmap, but a lot of great mentorship.
Staying consistent and prioritizing is working most of the time.
Focusing on others is what is not working. Whether it is people in my life that I'm worried about or tension in the United States, it's not worth my time.
Helping people heal through art is my rebellion. 🔱
My answers were really general, but I want to say that I'm so grateful for this group of kindred spirits. I am a painter, art and meditation
teacher, and therapeutic arts coach. I'm working on getting certified as a somatics coach now as well. I incorporate meditation and somatics into my art classes. I also do ceremonies around the moon cycle that support the community with another avenue of personal reflection and reverence for the power of love and creativity.
