Tonight’s Office Hours will be on Hermes Agent.
The goal is simple: make this practical.
We’re going to walk through what Hermes actually is, how I use it, why it runs on a separate machine, how the setup works, how to connect it to Telegram, and how to think about using it in your own life or workflow.
If you’ve been curious about agents but still feel like the whole thing is abstract, this session is meant to make it real.
We’ll cover:
- what Hermes is and what makes it different from normal chat
- real use cases I’m using it for
- why the VPS / separate-machine setup matters
- the basic setup path
- how channels like Telegram fit in
- how to think about your own first useful agent
