Your assistant coach, in fact, not just an assistant, but your DC, is interviewing for the DC job…
At a school in your conference.
Same league. Same opponents. You may be lining up against him on Friday nights.
Do you:
A) Support him fully and help him prepare
B) Stay neutral and let him handle it on his own
C) Protect your program and limit what he’s involved in
D) Something else?
There’s loyalty.
There’s opportunity.
There’s your program.
