Head Coach Takin' Reps?
This is the kind of stuff I've been wrestling with (and trying to build 'systems' thinking). Love to hear your thoughts on HOW/IF this resonates with you???

We demand reps from our athletes. Hundreds of them. Thousands. Every technique. Every assignment. Every situation.
But when the phone rings at 10:47pm with a problem you did not see coming — how many reps have you had at that?
Good coaches react. Great coaches have already been there.
So I started building a Field Manual that literally becomes my rep sheet (currently 86 situations), for all that stuff that can beat me OFF the field.
I attached one of those challenges... What's your first move?
