Building a Player-Led Culture | Berlin Adler Captains
This is not your typical podcast.
This was a leadership seminar with the @BerlinAdler Captains focused on one major question:
What does it really mean to be a captain?
We talked about:
🔥 building a player-led culture
🔥 protecting the standard
🔥 accountability inside the locker room
🔥 and becoming “keepers of the flame”
The seminar even ended with a leadership final exam where captains were given difficult team scenarios and asked how they would respond as leaders.
Because culture doesn’t maintain itself. Somebody has to bring the wood.
