Go into a chatbot and tell it about what you are trying to do, and get it to ask you questions to identify the root cause of what is stopping you from succeeding.
Then, once you feel like you've found out exactly what that is, ask it to be a coach to guide you through the process of closing that gap and provide steps you should take over the next 30 days.
We are getting close to the end of 2025, but there is still time to set things in motion and start 2026 super strong. Why start New Year's resolutions in January? You can make those changes today.
