Tonight's thesis: AI is not a chatbot. It is an operating layer.
A chatbot answers a prompt. An operating layer changes how work moves.
That is the lane I am building in now: agents, memory, content, review, scheduling, and execution tied into one loop.
The plan is simple:
- publish proof every day
- show the systems as they get built
- keep what earns signal
- cut what does not
Question for the group: where are you still using AI as a toy instead of as part of the operating system?
