The Truth About Consistency 📈📉📈
Consistency is a double-edged sword: You could be consistently doing something wrong, or not well enough to achieve the desired result. The effort put in doesn't equal the results put out. Instead, consistently put in effort while analyzing and iterating along the way. This is why its so important to have a daily/weekly journaling habit. Here are 5 questions I ask myself every day before I go to bed to become 1% better: 1. What is something I did well today, and what made me proud or happy about it? Reflecting on your achievements, no matter how small, can boost your self-esteem and reinforce positive behaviors. By acknowledging what you did well, you end your day on a positive note and build confidence for the future. 2. What is something I didn't do well today, and how can I learn from it? Identifying areas where you fell short helps you recognize patterns that may be holding you back. Reflecting on these moments with a learning mindset allows you to grow and develop strategies for improvement, turning mistakes into valuable lessons. 3. What specific distractions did I encounter, and how did they impact my productivity and focus? Understanding what distracts you can help you take proactive steps to minimize these interruptions. Reflecting on the impact of distractions on your productivity can lead to better time management and a more focused work environment. 4. How did I contribute to someone else's well-being or receive support from others today? Considering your social interactions and contributions to others' well-being helps foster a sense of community and connectedness. It also allows you to appreciate the support you receive, building stronger relationships and a supportive network. 5. What actionable steps can I take tomorrow to improve my focus, productivity, and overall well-being? Planning actionable steps for the next day ensures that your reflection leads to practical improvements. By setting specific goals for focus, productivity, and well-being, you set yourself up for a more successful and fulfilling tomorrow.

👁️Apperception Academy & What to expect this month
Over the last few months (in monk mode), I’ve been working day and night on a huge project for you guys. One of the big pieces is a Dopamine Control course. Some of you may have noticed the sneak peek inside the classroom section. It is a full guide on how to go from Digital Distraction 📱 to Peak Productivity ✍️ It will cover everything from dopamine, detoxing, digital minimalism, and habits to purpose, direction, goal setting, time management, flow state, deep work, and much more. The other big thing I've been working on is building a new community called Apperception Academy: Gain Focus in A World Of Distractions. Inside the academy, I will personally be hosting a live Q&A session every week where you can pick my brain on whatever you like, monthly planning and reflection rituals, specialized lectures, and more. In addition to those things, the Academy is where you will be able to find the full course for Dopamine Control once it is finished recording. Week One/Module 1 of the course will be COMPLETELY FREE and will be available to everyone inside of Apperception Alliance. Maybe you don’t know who you are so! you do whatever even if it’s destroying you in the inside. When’s the last time you spent time with yourself? Did something you love? Reflected on yourself and life? Went outside? Sung? Danced? Can you guys drop some journal prompts to ask yourself to get to know yourself (who you truly are). Do you know who you are?
