From Social Work to Raising Private Capital - Inspiring Success Story

Nate Pharmer-Eden started his work life with a background in social work. He was hired by a property management company to help its 1,000 residents in rough neighborhoods (D & F areas!).

He soon realized though that with the little amount of money he was earning that there was no way he could retire.

So he turned to real estate investing. He was intrigued by the BRRRR strategy and he learned that from my business partner Nate Barger when he joined the BRRRR Academy (highly recommended!).

True enough, in a couple of months, he was able to "ATTRACT" private investors. Cumulatively, he was able to raise just shy of $250,000 in OPM (Other People's Money).

Yes - quarter of a million dollars is not that big...but Nate did not grow up surrounded by money and he was used to dealing with people with NO money. So to go from that to $250K in private capital is NO SMALL FEAT!
