Ushuaia arrival and lodging

Very excited for the upcoming trip!! I’m hoping to book everything in the next few days and was wondering when people plan to arrive to Ushuaia. I know there was some talk about arriving the 4th and the 5th. I might wait to fly down on the 5th unless everyone will be there already! Just curious what others are doing to help me decide.

Also, are people booking lodging in the hotels that were recommended? Which one? Or are you doing the Airbnb route? Appreciate any and all info! Thank you much.
