Skill Check Macro

Not sure if this falls under what goes on in here, but doesn't hurt to ask.

I'm just wondering how I would go about creating some sort of Python Script, or general Macro which would be able to automatically do Skill Checks for a FiveM Server Script.

The Skill Check UI has been customised by the owner of the Server I play on to look like this https://imgur.com/W10ykQG.

Pretty much what you do is just press E once the Indicator is in the Coloured Skill Area - In this case it's a Light Gray. The Indicator (Red) starts at the center top and goes around the Track clockwise and once it intercepts with the Skill Area you press E. It doesn't stop obviously, and if you miss it you fail.

I'm pretty new to coding, I've only really made very simple things like Discord Bots. So I don't have the knowledge to personally create this - I'm not asking someone to do it for me, I'm willing to learn if anyone would be able to point me in the right direction on what to research.
