Port forwarding with VPN (for free ofc.)

Three months ago, ebola man uploaded a video working with ultra VNC. Not so long ago, I've got a message from a scammer, giving me their number. I quickly realized I can use this tool to get some more info on the dude, and report him to the police. But there's one problem. You need to port-forward ultravnc for it to work globally, exposing your IP address.

Some VPN's like ProtonVPN offer port-forwarding cheap, but as in the title, I'm absolutely not paying to report a dude to the police. I started searching and searching, with absolutely no result other than some sketchy websites that don't even work.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone sends me a tutorial to port forward uvnc with a VPN, or maybe a chance that Ebola man uploads a tutorial? 🙏🏻🙏🏻 If it's not allowed on YT he can maybe post it here, cause there is less chance it gets taken down.
