Stack Layers Shortcut

You can move one layer,

to other layer's position with a simple shortcut.

You just have to parent the layer you want to move

to the other layer while holding "SHIFT"

and voilà you have the 2 layers stacked together and you can unparent them if you don't need the parenting.
