Words matter. They really do. Most people do not even give a seconds thought to how they address themselves but constant putdowns, self hatred, self anger, self annoyance and self dissatisfaction all contribute to illness within the body.
You are with yourself 24 hours a day/7 days a week. There is no escape so why not lovingly nurture yourself. Make friends with yourself. Be at peace with who you are - and if you currently are not in love with who you are - make changes to ensure you fall in love - with YOU
