🌿 Day 2 – Breathe Before You React
Yesterday was awareness...
Today we regulate.
Most of us try to change our thoughts first.
But your nervous system doesn’t speak “mindset."
It speaks breath...
When you slow your breathing, you tell your body:
“I am safe.”
"I can handle this."
"There is nothing to be afraid of here".
And a regulated body creates clearer thoughts.
✅ Today’s 3‑Minute Reset:
Try Box Breathing:
1️⃣ Inhale for 4 seconds
2️⃣ Hold for 4 seconds
3️⃣ Exhale for 4 seconds
4️⃣ Hold for 4 seconds
Repeat for 3 minutes or until the feeling of anxiety softens.
That’s it.
Do this:
• Before posting
• Before recording
• Before responding to a comment
• Anytime you feel pressure rise
Notice what shifts.
Did your shoulders drop?
Did your mind slow down?
Did the urgency soften?
