Cool video I watched
I was just watching this new video from Evelyn today and a few things caught my attention that can apply to what we’re doing here…
a lot of people believe they need:
• more members
• more engagement
• more activity
before they can make money from their community

but I think that’s actually where people get stuck
they keep BUILDING…instead of trying to sell something real
—
the shift is simple:
don’t try to sell “a community”
👉 sell something specific inside it
like:
• a simple challenge
• a template
• a small offer
• even just a $1 founding spot 👀
—
you don’t need:
• a big audience
• tons of content
• everything figured out
you just need:👉 one real thing someone can say yes to
—
that’s basically what this whole “first $1” idea is
not building more…actually trying something
