I built this space for the woman who has done the work, read the books, gone to therapy, tried to think her way through the hard stuff, and still feels like something underneath hasn't shifted.
That something has a name. It lives in your nervous system. It runs in your subconscious. And it doesn't respond to logic or effort alone.
I'm Amy. With a Master's in Education in neuroscience, brain-based learning, and human growth and development, and a BA in Depth and Spiritual Psychology, I spent twenty years advocating for equity in classrooms studying how the brain learns, unlearns, and rewires. For the past several years I've been a certified hypnotherapist, life and energy coach, mindfulness teacher, and meditation guide.
Here's the honest truth about my own journey. 💛 I have deep respect for therapists and counselors, genuinely. I modeled much of that work earning my degrees and have the same background. But what finally broke the cycle for me wasn't talk alone. It was hypnosis. Getting underneath the story, interrupting the pattern at the source, finding a kind of healing I hadn't been able to reach any other way.
That's what led me here. And that's what Sovereign Alignment is built for.
