How can we normalize this much delay on payments?
We work every day making videos, hoping to get sales and then hoping to get paid when we're supposed to, which, according to the website, payouts start processing on the 1st of each month and take 1-5 business days to reflect in our bank accounts. In April, my payout was made by the second week of the month, from March earnings. I got paid via wire transfer through Wise. Today is May 23rd and we have no idea when - or if - we will ever see our payments.
I emailed Aminoclub twice and got two different replies. Every time you reach out, they respond with a different answer: first they say it'll be within the first few business days of the month, then they say they have too many affiliates and are changing their payout processor.
I just want transparency and respect for people's work. I know everyone feels the same way. The problem is that the people running this make us feel guilty for asking and demanding an explanation, and that's not okay.
