Hi, at level 14 I'm stuck due to "Permission denied"

Does anyone know how to move on from this (see dump).

"Please help me sort this out or hand me the password for next level

I think that this is the issue, but I'm not allowed to add that folder:

"Could not create directory '/home/bandit13/.ssh' (Permission denied).
