When I started training MMA I had so many questions & only a few minutes a week where I could get an answer from my Coach.
Fast forward 6 years and I'm now teaching at the most prestigious MMA gym in the Midwest - The Cellar Gym in St. Paul, Minnesota.
In 3 years I've competed in Portugal, Thailand, Chile, Abu Dhabi, + all around the Midwest. I've been on Team USA Kickboxing three times + won 7 National Titles
