Intro
Hi everyone 👋 I’m Chris, a former NHS critical care nurse who’s recently stepped into the world of consultancy. I’m currently working with Altus Healthcare, helping care homes improve safety, culture and outcomes through falls-prevention and training programmes.
I’ve joined this group because I’m keen to learn how to structure my consultancy work better, understand the business side more deeply, and connect with others who’ve already walked this path.
