Welcome in. I’m Chris Smith with All Contractor, and I’m glad you’re here.

Some background on us: I spent 10 years in HVAC before we ever started marketing for contractors. That was 2006. Twenty years and hundreds of contractor websites later, we work the same way we always have. No magic boxes, no hidden agendas, and you own everything we build for you. Today we help HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies grow through marketing, AI automations, training, and consulting.

I built All Contractor U because every contractor I talk to is asking the same thing: “What do I actually do with AI?” Most of what’s out there is hype or a sales pitch. This community is the plain answer.

Agent Automations. A live demo of department agents working one fictional HVAC shop, with guardrails on every step.
