🎯Mission: Book high-value demos for Blackbadge.io's AI Growth Infrastructure using cold calling SMS & email outreach.
💸 Average Deal size: $1,500-$7,000
🤑 Bonus: 15% commission on closed deals from your appointments
🔦Tools Provided: GoHighLevel, AI Salesbots
📊 Potential to earn $250 – $1000+ per sale (uncapped commission
🎯 Ideal Candidates:
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Consistent, self-motivated, and comfortable with outbound sales
- Ready to follow a system and hit daily outreach targets
- Previous sales or cold outreach experience is a plus (but not required).

📈 What You’ll Do:
- Cold call and DM business owners to set qualified appointments
- Maintain a minimum of 55-75 dials per day
- Follow proven scripts and frameworks (we provide full training)
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure appointments turn into closed deal
- Leverage your own profile and optimize it with our official banner for outreach
- Join daily 15-minute team calls to check progress and build culture
- Hit key KPIs: started conversations, booked appointments, follow-ups, Loom/VSLs sent
- Submit daily EOD reports with proof of outreach activity
- Track performance: booked meetings per week, conversion ratio
- Continuously review and improve your performance — Review → Improve → Repeat
