BELONGING is something all humans want to feel - it's what brings us together. When we don't take care of ourselves or have a Village, life is a struggle.
Many of us avoid taking care of ourselves, resist being selfish with our self-care or put everyone else before us.
There are 2 fundamental human needs that help us feel fully alive - self-care and support.
Chances are as an adult, you've experienced how hard it can be to make friends. Where do grownups make friends these days?
This is the space where together, we learn how to change all of that - reprogramming our self care beliefs that get in the way of our aliveness and start making new friends around the world.
