Coaching - A New Season
There was a season where I thought being a good coach meant being endlessly available.
What I eventually realised: my clients don't need more of me. They needed my method to be easier to access. This changed something in my attitude towards my work and I think (humble brag incoming)... I've let go of the ego of this needing to feel needed.
