- L — Likes & Strengths: what you actually enjoy + what fits you
- E — Explore Paths: roles and options that align
- A — Align & Position: resume, LinkedIn, your story
- R — Roadmap & Results: applications, interviews, execution
We’ll use this to help you go from:confused → clear → taking action
