This is Alian Badran new in Maker AI from Egypt and I'm looking forward to develop a valuable App that's really matter to a niche of people helping them to resolve their pain. Preliminary I'm thinking about App:

Income/invest Calc: The idea is providing customers digital solid and documented literacy about their monthly budget
One Super MKT offers: Avail interactive super MKTs commodities with offers to the consumers per country level to customers
Loan/Gold: App is the intermediate between Customers and banks/financial institutions through the App.
Ads Compound ONLY: Avail only compound/community units with in gated to advertise for rent/BUY/SELL to avoid hassle and secure the tenant and buyers profiles

Looking forward to make it happens shortly and achieve a good recurring revenue MoM
