Could Freedom Threads support reply to my emails please as I have emailed multiple times regarding an accidental payment that has gone through.

I have raised tickets in Freedom Threads and Jonathan Montoya support but no reply from Freedom Threads
I would like this sorted out as I am unable to move forward with Freedom Threads.
