Need Help Crafting the Perfect Client Proposal (Voice AI + Chatbot for Real Estate Business)

Hey everyone,

I need your help! I recently got a potential client lead through my LinkedIn outreach. Over the last three days, I reached out to more than 60 people, around 10 said no, most haven’t seen my message yet, but one person actually responded positively. He asked me to send a proposal to his email.

This could be our first client from LinkedIn, and I really want to make sure I do everything right. The client runs a real estate business, and I noticed they don’t have a chatbot on their website. I want to pitch them our Voice AI and Chatbot solutions in a way that’s professional and impossible to turn down.

I’d really appreciate your input on:

1. How you’d structure the proposal if you were in my place

2. What pricing strategy to go with for a first client

3. Any tips to make the proposal more persuasive and close the deal confidently
