I’ve been working with Jayz Stays for about 2 weeks and already feel I’ve received more value and guidance than from any other Airbnb mentor I’ve worked with. My favorite part is the actionable steps toward improving occupancy, revenue, and profitability. Even in such a short time, I trust that I’m in good hands and truly feel like my property is being analyzed and cared for as if it were part of their own portfolio!

Ryan is the best! Always here to help! I wouldn’t be where I am without his help and assistance!

Cannot recommend joining Ryan’s Airbnb Launch course enough. After going through all the material, I was able to confidently get everything that I needed together to launch my Airbnb. From supplies, to shot list, to small design details, there’s so much value in this course. I’ve paid $49 a month for the last 5 months, and it was 100% worth every penny. Now I’m staying for the community and knowing I’m following an expert that keeps me up to date with all the latest things to manage my Airbnb.
