Starting A LLC ( New Federal Laws)
I heard the law changed Jan 2024 concerning privacy for LLCs that LLC’s have to now be filled not only with state but federal. It’s called BOI (beneficial ownership information report). So my question is it still benificaly to start your LLC in wyoming like humza is teaching in the course or should I do it in my home state?
